A Magical Future: Fanfic by Aria_Cinabun

Tommy and Tubbo are brothers. Not blood-related, but brothers nonetheless. Their family, Technoblade, Wilbur, and Philza go out once every few months on an adventure. The pair always beg to go with but are told they are too young. They are eight; they're old enough, right? Apparently not. The duo starts to see monsters and gain powers that seem to be unreal. Although Tubbo wants to tell their family; Tommy doesn't let his brother, saying that they would be sent to the loony bin. What they don't know is that their family also have these strange powers.

The monsters creep nearer and nearer each time their family leaves. Tommy and Tubbo are now 12. The monsters overrun the house, and the two brothers are forced to flee into the dark, dangerous woods. A pair of strangers find the duo next to a dead dragon, and immediately pull them into a contest; and tournament. That just so happens to be the one their family is competing in.

As usual, Aria's writing is humorous and the characters' personalities are well developed. While there isn't an urgent plot, readers who have just read Aria's more angsty books (A Small Chance of Redemption, MCYT Hunger Games with Star Signs, Make it Fall, etc.) will find this quite relaxing.
